Lisa Coronado Obituary
Lisa Coronado Our beloved girl slipped away from us suddenly on September 19, 2009 after enduring a series of illnesses. Lisa is survived by her loving mother, Mary Coronado, her devoted brother Dan Coronado and his wife Diana. She also leaves her three darling nieces, Shayna, Skyla and Andrea, and her dear aunt Shelley Mills (Bob) and Patricia Dozier. Lisa was preceded in death by her father Daniel Coronado and her younger sister, Shelby Coronado Horti. We will try to find comfort in knowing that Shelby and Lisa are together. Lisa was born in Arlington, VA, but spent the last 42 years in her hometown Los Gatos where she attended Marshall Lane, Rolling Hills and Westmont High. Lisa had a deep interest in the medical field and helping others and had graduated with honors when she received her medical assistant certification. She was a gifted artist and had a talent for taking the mundane and making something beautiful from it. We loved her sharp wit and clever sense of humor. We will all have to go on in a world less bright without her in it. Lisa's remains will be interred with her sister's on Monday, September 28 at 10:00 a.m. in the chapel at Mission City Memorial Park, 420 N. Winchester Blvd., Santa Clara. Acknowledgements in Lisa's memory would be appreciated to any cause that touches your heart.
